Refund and Returns Policy

At SynergyAudit, we stand behind the quality of our work. This policy outlines the terms for refunds on our audit services and automation subscriptions.

SynergyAudit Blueprint (Audit Services)

We guarantee that your SynergyAudit blueprint will identify a minimum of $10,000 in recoverable annual operational losses. If it doesn’t, we’ll refund your purchase in full.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must submit your refund request within 14 days of blueprint delivery.
  • You must have provided complete and accurate business data as requested during the audit intake process. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may affect the accuracy of findings.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@getsynergyaudit.com.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Automation Subscriptions

Every SynergyAudit blueprint includes three custom automations built for your business. These automations are provided free of charge for the first six months following delivery of your blueprint.

Beginning in month seven, your automation subscription will be billed automatically at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • You may cancel your automation subscription at any time during the six-month free period at no cost.
  • After billing begins, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.
  • To cancel, log in to your account at getsynergyaudit.com or email support@getsynergyaudit.com.

Important Notes

  • Digital services and deliverables are non-refundable outside of the guarantee stated above. Once a blueprint has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” due to the custom nature of the work.
  • SynergyAudit reserves the right to deny a refund claim if the audit intake data provided was materially incomplete, inaccurate, or fabricated.
  • If you have questions about your eligibility for a refund, contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We’re committed to resolving issues directly and fairly.
